Ron Gadsden, is a Certified Human Behavior Specialist. He has presented seminars to businesses, educational institutions, religious affiliated groups on both coasts. These seminars have helped strengthen team interpersonal relationships.

Ron has worked for IBM for over 33 years in technical and managerial positions.  Since retiring in 2004 he been able to give more time to his love, corporate teaching.  He understands very well the problems people have with people inside and outside the work place. He desires to be a catalyst for improved families, churches, and teams. He is a husband and father of three.
